Ian Somerhalder: Thank you.Nice to meet you

ME: My pleasure! Thank you for taking the time to notice. :)

Ian Somerhalder: Thank you Theresa!

ME: lol... you're welcome! Just do me a favor and don't knock when you invade my dreams tonight. The husband probably wouldn't like that. hehe!

Please welcome author Robyn Lindsey to the blog!

The holidays can be such a difficult time for those who are grieving.  We are saddened that our loved ones are not with us.  It can feel like we are all alone, with everyone so happy and merry.  Yet here we are, grieving.  Even though it has been awhile.  Or perhaps our grief is fresh.  Either way, the holidays have a way of bringing it up… we have traditions that perhaps we had shared with our loved ones.  And sometimes, no matter how many years have passed, it comes crashing back during the holidays.

I am a certified life coach, specializing in grief, and a writer.  My first book was Journal Through Your Grief, a guided journal to help you to move through the grief, help you to cope with it, and help to keep those you loved close to you.

My second book is Journal toward your Joy because so often we lose our joy, whether it is due to grief or the busy-ness of life.  It is also a guided journal, to help you on your path.

I will have more books in the future, and actually have a third book out called Flow, but I wanted to let you know that Journal Through Your Grief and Journal Toward Your Joy are available on kindle and are on sale for $.99 through the new year.  They make wonderful gifts for those you know who need the support of a guided journal.  And if you yourself are grieving, or have lost your joy, they would be a wonderful gift for yourself!
