These are the phrases that I used on a daily basis over the last year or so. I was so guarded and disconnected from my family that I didn’t even want my children to enter “my bubble” at times. SOUL ARMOR… When I first read that phrase, I had no clue what it would mean. After reading through Sarah’s Day 3 art journaling prompts, it became all too clear! I *loved* this prompt! I have, on rare occasions, thought about what I needed to do, to have, to avoid, in order to keep my inner artist safe, but this exercise really drove it home for me.
